Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil - for cooking
- 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
- 2 Bay leaves (tej patta)
- 2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
- 2 Carrots - cut into 1/2 inch sticks
- 2 cups Cauliflower (gobi)
- 1 cup Green peas (Matar)
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- Salt - to taste
Instructions
- To begin making Carrot Cauliflower Peas Sabzi Recipe first Prep all the required ingredients
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and once the oil is hot add in all the whole spices, ajwain seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks and saute till the whole spices release a nice aroma
- Add in the carrots, cauliflower florets and green peas
- Saute for a minute
- Season with salt and sprinkle some water in the pan and stir
