Ingredients

  • 1 गाजर - छीलकर काट ले
  • 2 बड़े चमच्च मूंगफली  - सेक ले
  • 1/4 कप पुदीना
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च नारियल - कस ले
  • 1 प्याज
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च लहसुन - काट ले
  • 3 हरी मिर्च
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च तिल का तेल
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता

Instructions

  1. To make Carrot Peanut Chutney, first put the peanuts in a pan and roast them till they become golden
  2. Turn off the gas and allow the peanuts to cool
  3. Take out the skin from it after it cools down
  4. Now heat some oil in a pan
  5. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it cook for 10 seconds
  6. Now add onion, green chillies and garlic and cook till the onion becomes soft
  7. Now add coconut, carrot and mint leaves
  8. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the gas
  9. Let it cool
  10. Pour this mixture in a mixer grinder with some water and grind it
  11. Add salt, mix and serve
  12. Serve carrot peanut chutney with ghee dosa or rava idli for dinner
