Cauliflower Fried Rice (Recipe In Hindi)

Ingredients

  • 1 गोभी
  • 1 प्याज - बारीक़ काट ले
  • 8 कली लहसुन - बारीक काट ले
  • 1 शिमला मिर्च (हरी) - सीधा पतला काट ले
  • 1/4 कप स्वीट कॉर्न - भाप ले
  • 1/4 कप हरे मटर - भाप ले
  • 1/2 बड़ा चमच्च अदरक - कस ले
  • 1/2 बड़ा चमच्च लहसुन - कस ले
  • 4 बड़े चमच्च हरे प्याज - काट ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च सोया सॉस
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च काली मिर्च पाउडर
  • 2 बड़े चमच्च ग्रीन चिल्ली सॉस
  • 3 बड़े चमच्च तेल
  • 3 बड़े चमच्च नमक - स्वाद अनुसार

Instructions

  1. To make Cabbage Fried Rice, firstly cut the cabbage
  2. Pour it into a bowl with water and 2 tablespoons of salt
  3. After 30 minutes wash the cabbage and keep it aside
  4. Pour this cabbage into the food processor and grind it for 1 minute
  5. It will look like rice
  6. Now heat oil in a pan
  7. Add garlic to it and let it cook for 1 minute
  8. Now add onions and cook till they become soft
  9. Add capsicum to it and cook till it becomes soft
  10. Add green peas, sweet corn and mix
  11. After 1 minute add green onions, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, green chilli sauce and mix it
  12. Now add cabbage and mix
  13. Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  14. After 7 minutes, add black pepper powder, salt and mix it
  15. Serve hot
  16. Serve Cabbage Fried Rice with Veg Manchurian for a weekend dinner
