Cauliflower Matar Bhurji (Recipe in Hindi)

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1-1 / 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • salt - as per use
  • coriander leaves - little

Instructions

  1. To make cabbage pea bhurji, first boil water
  2. Add cabbage pieces to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  3. Remove water from it and finely chop it
  4. Now put it in the food processor and bark at once
  5. Now heat oil in a pan
  6. Add grated cauliflower and fry it for 5 minutes
  7. Keep it separately
  8. Now heat oil in another pan and add finely chopped onions
  9. Cook till the onion becomes soft and then add ginger garlic paste
  10. Cook for 1 minute and then add tomatoes to it
  11. Cook till the tomatoes are soft and then add peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt
  12. Let it cook for 5 minutes
  13. Cover the pan and cook until the cauliflower is cooked
  14. Add some garam masala, mix and serve hot
  15. Serve cabbage peas bhurji with dal fry and tawa paratha for dinner
