Ingredients
- 4-5 अंडे

Instructions
- To make Egg Pakora recipe, first boil water in a saucepan
- After the water boils, add eggs and a pinch of salt to it
- Cook for 15 minutes and turn off the gas
- Keep the eggs under cold water and peel them after they cool down
- Cut the egg in half and keep it aside
- In a bowl, add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix
- Add some water, mix and make a batter
- Now heat the oil in a pan
- After the oil is hot, take the egg, pour it in the solution and put it in the hot oil
- Cook on both sides until golden and crisp
- Serve hot
- Serve the egg fritters with the sauce of your choice and hot filtered coffee
