Eggless Date And Cashew Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts - chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • Salt - a pinch

Instructions

  1. To begin with the Eggless Date And Cashew Cake Recipe first, Preheat oven to 180 degrees Centigrade or 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan or line with aluminum foil and then grease and flour
