Ingredients
- 2 cups Mint Leaves (Pudina) - chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger - roughly chopped
- 1 Green Chilli - chopped
- 1 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
- Salt - to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- To begin making the Lehsuni Pudina Chutney, firstly keep all the ingredients ready
- Next, take a mixer grinder jar and add all the ingredients in it
- Add a little water and grind it to a smooth paste
- Do not add too much water as we want a thick paste and not watery chutney
- Once ready, take it out in a bowl and serve
- Serve Lehsuni Pudina Chutney along with Punjabi Aloo Paratha and Tadka Raita for a weekday dinner
