Garlic Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mint Leaves (Pudina) - chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger - roughly chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. To begin making the Lehsuni Pudina Chutney, firstly keep all the ingredients ready
  2. Next, take a mixer grinder jar and add all the ingredients in it
  3. Add a little water and grind it to a smooth paste
  4. Do not add too much water as we want a thick paste and not watery chutney
  5. Once ready, take it out in a bowl and serve
  6. Serve Lehsuni Pudina Chutney along with Punjabi Aloo Paratha and Tadka Raita for a weekday dinner
