Ingredients

  • 1/2 कप मिक्स्ड दाल
  • 1 गाजर
  • 1 प्याज
  • 1 शिमला मिर्च (हरी)
  • 1 सेलरी
  • 2 इंच अदरक - पतला और सीधा काट ले
  • 1 लाल मिर्च - ताज़ी
  • 2-1/2 कप वेजिटेबल स्टॉक
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च सोया सॉस
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च तिल का तेल
  • 1/4 छोटा चमच्च तिल (सफ़ेद)
  • 2 हरे प्याज
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार

Instructions

  1. To make Carrot Ginger Dal Soup Recipe, first wash and soak the lentils in water for 5 minutes
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan
  3. Add ginger, dry red chillies, sesame seeds and cook it for 15 seconds
  4. After 15 seconds, add celery, onion and cook for 1 minute
  5. After 1 minute, add carrots, capsicum to it, mix and cook for 1 minute
  6. After 1 minute, add water and lentils to it
  7. Cook until the lentils are cooked
  8. After this add soy sauce, salt and let it cook for 1
  9. Pour the soup in a bowl and garnish with green onions
