Egg And Spinach Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup Lukewarm Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes - halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized onions
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions

  2. Start by adding yeast and sugar in a bowl and pour lukewarm water to let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast starts bubbling

  5. Knead in the same bowl for about 5-10 minutes

  27. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until fully cooked
