Carrot Cauliflower Peas Sabzi Recipe - Carrot Cabbage Pea Vegetable Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots - cut into 1/2 inch sticks
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 green peppers - slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cinnamon
  • 2 cardamom
  • 7 whole pepper
  • mustard Oil - as per use

Instructions

  1. To make Carrot Cabbage Pea Sabzi Recipe, prepare all the ingredients first
  2. Now heat mustard oil in a pan
  3. Add celery, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and cook for 10 to 20 seconds
  4. Now add green chillies, carrots and cook for 1 minute
  5. After 1 minute, add cauliflower, salt, some water, cover the pan and cook until the cauliflower becomes soft
  6. After the cabbage becomes soft, add the peas, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  7. Turn off the gas and serve
