Cauliflower & Potato Stir Fry with Nigella Seeds (Recipe in Hindi)

Ingredients

  • 1 फूल गोबी - बड़े टुकड़ो में कटी हुई
  • 2 आलू - छीलकर काटे हुए
  • 2 बड़े चमच्च सरसो का तेल
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च कलौंजी के बीज
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ - 1/2 चोट चमच्च राइ
  • 3 हरी मिर्च - लंबी काटी हुई
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च शक्कर - 1/2 चोट चमच्च शक्कर
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च टमाटर - पतला काट हुआ
  • हरा धनिया - थोड़ा हरा

Instructions

  1. To make fenugreek potato cabbage vegetable, heat oil in a pan

  4. After 10 to 15 seconds, add gobi, potatoes, salt and sugar in it

  8. After 15 minutes, check if the vegetable has become soft or not
  9. When all the water is dry, add one teaspoon of mustard oil and mix it
