Ingredients

Instructions
- To make the Chanar Paturi Recipe, first of all, pour the mustard, water and make a paste

- Now add mustard paste, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, sugar, paneer in a bowl and mix well

- Apply a toothpick and close it from all sides
- You can also bind with thread
- Now fill water in a steamer
- Place a bowl in it and place the leaf-wrapped cheese inside it
- Cover the steamer and steam it for 5 to 10 minutes
- Remove and serve
