Ingredients
- 300 grams Green beans (French Beans) - cut into inch pieces and blanched
- 10 cloves Garlic - thinly sliced
- 2 Dry Red Chillies - de-seeded and roughly torn
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt - to taste
Instructions
- To begin making Garlic Toasted Beans Salad Recipe, cut the ends of the beans, cut them into 1 inch pieces
- Now, blanch the beans with enough water with salt for 2 minutes and transfer it into cold water to retain its crunch
